Caroline Irwin

Caroline is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist who works under the ethics and guidelines of the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP). Caroline believes that the therapeutic relationship is a vehicle for change, and so works to build a strong relationship with each client.

Caroline approaches the therapeutic relationship with a compassionate presence, and aims to consistently resource clients through reminding them of their strengths and abilities. She is passionate about providing a safe space for each individual to feel heard, understood and comfortable.

Caroline adapts her approach to meet each individual clients’ needs with compassion, kindness and flexibility. Within an integrative framework, Caroline draws on the influences of mindfulness, psychodynamic, humanistic and trauma-informed psychotherapy practices to support her clients.
