Christine is a Reiki Master, Sound Therapist and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator who has been using holistic therapies for over 20 years. She is the founder of ‘Resonate with Christine’ which offers Reiki, Sound Massage, Cacao Ceremonies, individual and group Soundbaths.

Christine uses holistic therapies to promote balance in the energy system which in turn supports the body’s natural healing process. She believes in a holistic approach to wellbeing, and that you need to balance the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Each person’s needs are different and because of this she offers bespoke treatments tailored to your specific wellness needs. The human body has its own innate intelligence, our bodies know how to heal themselves; we just need to give them the right circumstances.

What is a Soundbath?

A Soundbath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. During the Soundbath, participants lie on yoga mats and get as comfortable as possible with cushions, blankets, and eye pillows. All you need to do is lie back and rest while the healing vibrations wash over you. During the Soundbath you will be immersed in the beautiful sounds of Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, and many other instruments. The sound frequencies will help to quiet your mind and allow you to melt into a deep state of calm.

What is a Cacao Ceremony?

A Cacao Ceremony is a ritual where a group of people drink ceremonial-grade cacao together to facilitate connection, healing, and self-exploration. Cacao is a sacred plant medicine from Mesoamerica which is well known for its bliss-inducing and heart-opening properties. During the Ceremony we will sit together and enjoy a delicious cup of cacao, practice guided meditation and have a beautiful intention setting, and gratitude ritual.
