Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Approach

Sarah’s main focus when working with a client is to build a safe, honest and trusting relationship so that you can feel comfortable to open up and explore what’s challenging you and know you will be supported with whatever you are bringing.

Sarah integrates different therapeutic approaches in her work, in response to each client’s individual needs, including somatic psychotherapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, gestalt, transpersonal psychotherapy, CBT and ACT.

Sarah has also qualified in the Energy Therapy Technique created by Dr. Kared Ward.

Sarah ultimately believes in the potential of psychotherapy to support people towards more freedom and fullness in life and this is what she wants to share with her clients.
