Blány Henderson
Yoga, One-to-One & Wellbeing
Blány offers yoga and personal practice as a supportive foundation to everyday life, drawing on ancient wisdoms shaped for modern living. Her work invites a gradual turning inward, supporting a deepening relationship with body, breath, and inner awareness weaved into the rhythms of nature.
Mixed group yoga classes form the heart of her offering, welcoming people at different stages of life and practice. While strength, ease, clarity, and rest naturally arise along the way, yoga is ultimately offered as a path toward inner stillness, self-understanding, and connection beyond the surface of daily life.
Alongside group classes, she offers postnatal yoga, yoga for menopause, and children’s group yoga, meeting each phase of life with care, simplicity, and respect.
Ayurvedic face massage (Mukha Abhyanga) — often known as nature’s facelift — is offered as a quiet, nurturing treatment, supporting relaxation, vitality, and presence through gentle touch to the whole face and to specific Marma (energy) points on the face.
Sessions take place at Mynd Therapy, offering space for practice, reflection, and the deeper unfolding that yoga gently points toward.
