Padi Hanlon

Padi began practicing yoga in 2016 and quickly discovered its benefits through consistent practice. In 2018, he travelled to India and experienced styles including Yin, Ashtanga, Acro and Laughing Yoga.

In 2025, Padi returned to India to complete his teacher training in Dharamshala. There, he trained in Yin, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, alongside yoga philosophy, alignment and anatomy.

Earlier this year, Padi was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, which has shaped his approach to yoga. Using movement to support physical and mental wellbeing, his teaching is grounded in empathy and inclusivity. He is particularly passionate about creating a space where people of all levels, including those with long-term health conditions, feel supported and empowered.

Padi’s classes blend Hatha and Vinyasa, focusing on strength, mobility and mindful movement. Breathwork and elements of yogic philosophy are woven throughout, helping students connect to body and mind. Alongside dynamic vinyasa, he also runs a men’s yoga class for those new or unsure where to start.

Schedule:

Thursday 20:15 - All Levels Dynamic Vinyasa Class (Open to all)

Saturday 12:00 - Men’s Yoga
