When would I use a Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach?
It is suitable for adolescents & adults that may be stuck some of the following issues :

To increase confidence, self-belief and self-worth.
To help deal with major life changes such as career change, marriage separation, divorce or a relationship break-up.
To help gain clarity about what one wants from their future.

What to expect from a session?
We have an Initial Chemistry Session first. This is to find out if the needs are met by both parties, boundaries and contracts are dealt with at this stage.
This session is done for free and lasts for 30mins long and usually done off site or online.
Once both parties are ready to proceed the first session takes place.
Each session is about 60 Minutes in total.
Depending on what the client brings to each session and what they want to achieve from each session, the tools that I as the coach uses may be different
