When would I use a Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach? 

It is suitable for adolescents & adults that may be stuck some of the following issues :

  • To Deal with Menopause, Stress or Anxiety.

  • To increase confidence, self-belief and self-worth.

  • To help deal with major life changes such as career change, marriage separation, divorce or a relationship break-up.

  • To help gain clarity about what one wants from their future.

  • To be proactive about an unsatisfying situation and resolve a (perceived) problems.

  • To have a space where one can confidentially explore who they are, in a space that is warm, caring and non-judgemental.

  • To go on a journey of self-discovery.

  • To learn and implement new good habits and eliminate old bad ones that are keeping you from achieving your desired goals.

  • To understand what is holding you back from achieving your desired objectives.

What to expect from a session?

  • We have an Initial Chemistry Session first. This is to find out if the needs are met by both parties, boundaries and contracts are dealt with at this stage. 

  • This session is done for free and lasts for 30mins long and usually done off site or online. 

  • Once both parties are ready to proceed  the first session takes place. 

  • Each session is about 60 Minutes in total. 

  • Depending on what the client brings to each session and what they want to achieve from each session, the tools that I as the coach uses may be different
