Welcome! I'm Siofra, a certified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner passionate about helping others reconnect with their inner calm, strength, and vitality. With a deep passion for mind-body connection. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, my classes provide a welcoming space to explore breath, alignment, and mindful movement in a supportive space for you to reconnect with your body and mind.

In addition to yoga, I offer Reiki energy healing sessions to support stress relief, emotional clarity, and overall well-being.

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful practice that promotes deep relaxation and can help clear energetic blockages, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing process.
