She aims to provide a safe, non-judgemental, and affirming space where you can speak openly and be met with respect, curiosity, and care.

Suzanne works integratively, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches including person-centred therapy, Gestalt, Choice Theory/Reality Therapy, CBT, multicultural therapy, and creative approaches. She believes therapy is client-led, and you both work together in a way that respects your experiences, values, and identity.

She has experience supporting individuals with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, suicidal ideation, grief, loss, and bereavement, family estrangement, difficulties with self-confidence and self-esteem, sexuality and sexual orientation, identity exploration, gender identity, relationship challenges, separation and divorce, and navigating life transitions.

Suzanne work with individuals aged 16 and over and welcome clients from all backgrounds and lived experiences.
