Meet your facilitators

Kate Shannon is an integrative psychotherapist specialising in relationships, emotional patterns, and deep relational work. With a BSc in Integrative and Humanistic Counselling and Psychotherapy and Diploma in Relationship Therapy. She is interested in the “dance” that’s developed between you — the patterns that may have once fostered closeness but now feel like sources of tension, distance, or distress.

Cady Walker is a highly trained psychotherapist specialising in relationship dynamics and emotional connection. With a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and advanced training holding a Diploma in Relationship Therapy and Trauma-Informed Therapy, her work is rooted in both clinical depth and genuine compassion.
